started or place an order with AID+PLUS?
A. To ensure order accuracy, and all orders are manufactured
to your specifications, we like to finalize all orders
by e-mail or telephone/fax:

Q.
What is normal production time of orders?
A. Normally production of the product is anywhere from
one month to 45 days depending on the quantity you ordered.
If you are sourcing a product, our representative will
give you specific information regarding the lead time.
If you need a rush order, contact our representatives
to discuss your specific needs.
Q.
How to get samples promptly?
A. You can contact our representative via email, fax,
or phone to specify the sample you need and provide your
courier (as UPS, FedEx, DHL,TNT etc) account No. and we'll
send samples through your courier by freight collect.
For the sample cost, the value under USD 20.00 normally
free of charge. As a courtesy, your express airmail charges
and samples charges can refund from the following 1st
order.
Q. What's
the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and Minimum Order Amount
(MOA)
A. The MOQ for each item is 200 cartons (144 boxes count)
or meet MOA USD6000 for less than 2 items per order.
Q. How to customize
(OEM) the packing of the product?
A. You can customize your artwork print on the box or
other package, or make a label which print your logo stick
on box, inside contents is our AID+PLUS artwork, but each
content will not show original country. Please specify
your requirement to our representative, according to your
order product and quantity, and we may charge you some
printing fee.
If you want inside contents are in your artwork, the minimum
quantities for each item will has it individual requirement,
meet this quantities you will not need to pay printing
charges.
Q. How
to get C&F or CIF price?
A. Normally our quotation is based on FOB SHA price. Please
inform your destination seaport and estimated quantity,
our representative will quote you the C&F or CIF price
accordingly. If you feel our freight is higher than your
expectation, you can recommend your shipping company to
us. Our principal is look for a good reputation shipping
company, which offers competitive freight, and can delivery
your cargo prompt.
Q.
What's the payment term?
A. There are 3 options for you to choose from:
1. 30% deposit by T/T in advance to confirm the order,
balance paid by T/T or L/C at sight after we sent the
copy of B/L in 10 days. (For OEM order this is the only
option).
2. Full payment by L/C at sight before the order been
proceeding.
3. Cash in advance.

How is the quality of the merchandise?
A. AID+PLUS owns a strong quality-control team who inspects
